(E) Dear friends and family,

My week in Brasil was very, very busy. I tried to stay with my father as long as I could, to see my brothers and sisters and to do some business. I also went out to the shopping center(1x) and to the superstores, to buy things that are difficult to get here. I also went with a sister and a niece to Curitiba (about 400kms away from São Paulo), to visit a brother and his family and also to solve some problems concerning a house we have there. It is for sale now. I intended to stay only one day, but my brother wanted us to visit his litlle farm where we spent the first day; the second day I was running to do the bureaucratic things.
Back to São Paulo, I tried to spent most of the time with my father and helping my sister in law and my brother who are taking care of him at home. Because of the short time, I didn't want to stay a lot in front of the computer, so when I came back home, I found about 100 emails in my mail boxes, many things to do and having problems with jetlag. The difference is only 3 hours at this time of the year, but because I was so busy in Brasil, I also didn't sleep well, I arrived here very tired. My father is doing well according to the circumstances, but he doen't sleep well and calls many times. The last night I spent sitting in a chair beside his bed. He wasn't well. Now I heard from my brother that he got new medication and is doing well. Praise the Lord! Because of the tiredness when I sit down for a minute, my eyes want to close. To stay awake I am drinking coffie. It helps a litlle bit.I am trying to organise everything, my house, my agenda, my correpondence and my visits to the friend's blogs. This week I am playing at the music school. Can you imagine, I am doing it without practising? So, I need to make time for this as well.

I am very happy and grateful to the Lord, for having allowed me to go to Brazil, to visit my father, to talk to him, to keep me safe there,to have brought me safe back home and for keeping my husband and my children safe here. Praise Him!

Querida familia, amigas(os), Dear family and friends,

Retornei hoje a Holanda. I arrived today. I made a good trip. My father is still very weak, but he is doing well, according to the circunstances. I saw that has fallen a lot of snow. That is very nice, except the caos and troubles it caused.

o meu filho do meio Sven Image hosted by Photobucket.com, fizeram aniversário. Yesterday it was my brother's and Sven's (my son) birthday. A little bit late, but I still want to celebrate it.

Congratulations, my beloved. May the Lord bless you both aboundantly in everything in your life.
